Terms of Use

The Site is operated by Anna Drapak and is informational: portfolio, approach, and a form to request a conversation about a design project.

Site content is not a binding public offer unless expressly stated. A reply, chat or meeting does not by itself create a contract for design services.

The inquiry form is for first contact only. The Operator may decline to reply, refuse projects or propose different terms without giving reasons.

You agree to provide accurate contact details and not to send unlawful, abusive or spam content.

By uploading photos you confirm you have the right to share them and that using them to assess your inquiry will not infringe third-party rights.

Scope, timeline and fees for design work are agreed separately and set out in a contract (or other agreed document) between you and the Operator.

Budgets and price cues on the Site or in the form are indicative only and do not fix the fee.

Texts, photos, graphics and other Site materials are protected. Copying, publishing or commercial use without the Operator’s consent is prohibited except where law expressly allows (e.g. fair quotation).

Portfolio projects may involve third parties; rights in those works are governed by the relevant agreements.

The Site is provided “as is”. We aim for accurate information but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free content or fitness for your particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits or decisions you make solely based on Site materials or pre-contract correspondence.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived by law.

The Site may link to Telegram, Instagram, Threads and other third-party services. Their terms and policies apply separately; we do not control their content.

These Terms and use of the Site are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, unless mandatory rules of your country of residence (including consumer and data-protection rules) require otherwise.

The parties will try to resolve disputes amicably. Failing that, disputes are brought before the competent court at the Operator’s location, or another court required by mandatory law.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after a new version is published constitutes acceptance, unless law requires otherwise.
